Solemnization Checklist

Everything was on track actually for the preparation. Not much thing to do since aku disini dan majlis di Sabah. I leave everything to my mom and my sis in law (but of course she'll hear my opinion too). Apa yang pasti, aku nak majlis berjalan dengan lancar. Tak perlu majlis yang gah dan besar-besaran. Cukup sekadar majlis yang sweet dan minimalist untuk menjadi memori aku dan Mr.J. ^^

My mom want us to have this on our solemnization. Maybe in the evening. Nak 3 tier la.. Hehehe..

Moist Chocolate Cake

Just want to share to all of you that I've been success on making my moist chocolate cake..I'm using the recipe that I've been google. The result is really satisfied me since this is my first trial.

 Step no. 1

    a) tepung - 2 cawan

    b) baking powder - 1 tbsp

    c) soda bikarbonat - 1 tbsp

Bahan-bahan ni dicampurkan sekali..

Step no. 2

Koko - 2 cawan

Gula - 1/2 cawan

Air - 1 cawan

Bahan-bahan ni digaulkan bersama-sama..

Step no. 3

a) mentega - 1 buku (saya guna jenama anchor-salted)

b) gula - 2 cawan

Pukul bahan ni sampai kembang

Step no. 5

a) Lepas bahan tadi dah kembang, masukkan 6 biji telur satu-persatu. 

b) Lepas tu masukkan pula vanilla essence - 1/2 tbsp

Step no. 6

Selepas itu, masukkan tepung tadi berselang-seli dengan koko tadi dimulakan dengan tepung dan diakhiri dengan tepung juga.

Step no. 7

Bila dah siap digaulkan semua bahan tadi bersama-sama, masukkan ke dalam loyang untuk dibakar dalam oven.. (^^)

Step no. 8

Sebelum bakar kek tadi, make sure panaskan dulu oven. Aku pakai api atas bawah dengan suhu 175C. Bakar selama 45 minit or sampai masak. If nak tau macam mana dah masak, cucuk kek tu dengan lidi. If dia tak melekat that's mean kak tu dah masak la.

Step no. 9

Lepas kek tu dah masak, let it cool first then barula take it off from the loyang. Takut nanti dia melekat kat loyang pulak.

Step no. 10

For the topping, saya pakai 100gm coklat dicairkan bersama 75gm whipping cream. See the result? Tempting right?? ^^

Kek tu dibahagi empat untuk diagih-agihkan kepada yang memerlukan..Hehehe... (Bukan memerlukan, tapi lebih kepada mengidam). 2 untuk Mr. J's family, 1 untuk Mr. J's aunt, 1/2 for me and the other 1/2 for my sister, Nani... Sangat sedey bila kek yang sedap ni tak cukup for everyone.. Hehehe.. Sedap ke?? Hanya orang yang dah makan je yang boleh komen.. To Mr. J, sedap kan??? (^_^)v

Nota kaki: Kek ni serius moist.. Tak rugi pun if cuba.. ^^

"Madness about macaron"

I am truly insane with this tiny appetites. Yesterday I met my best buddy, Shuddei at her site then we proceed to Empire Gallery searching for this tiny creature.

First we go to Popular. I am searching for this book, Mad About Macaron by Jill Colonna. Previously I've tried search this book at MPH and the result is nothing about macaron there in MPH Mid Valley. Same goes at Popular got none of the book of Macaron. OMG!! Why is it so hard to search for macaron book here in KL?? Whoever that ever see this book or other macarons book, do inform me. I'll immediately go there to buy it..Hehe..I found this book at Amazon but I dont want to buy online because of the delivery charge..want to save money as much as I can..(stingy fella ^^)

After my journey came to an end, we wondering around the Empire searching for nice place to eat nice things.. ^^ Shuddei want to eat some sort of creatures called Pavlova.. Okay, Serai is choosen by us and landing our butt there and start gossiping about the makcik's near us. Huhu.. Why that type of makcik's can go eat in a place like this? I think those makcik's is datin type kot.. ^^ Wondering if my mom like to eat at this place. I bet she dont know how to order those weird creature's in the menu. (+_+) sorry to say mom..

 Serai..Shuddei said that the name taken because of so much rempah they used as ingredients of the food. Hmmm.. Dunno whether she's telling the truth or just making fun of me.... =P

Pavlova.. This is the creature that i think so mahal. It costs us RM14.90 per slice. I thought it just RM8 per slice according to the look. But the texture is good. The cream doesn't make you so muak. But I don't like the strawberries. So masam actually.. I don't like sour food.. (+_+) So picky girlz.. 

Milky Bandung. It just a milk and the rose syrup. But it cost me RM7.. So cekik darah.. Hmmm.. The glamorous need extra money i think.. (But i do think it is unreasonable price due to my stingy mind)

Macaron...OMO..So lovely..Just looking at it make me drooling.. I just want it more. But this tiny creature is so expensive. Each of it costs me RM3.90.. But I don't care about the price since I just LOVE it..<3 <3 <3

 This is chocolate fill and it is so heavenly delicious.  o_0

 What you eat is what you get. In the end, I've to pay this price for 4 macarons.

Then we enter another 1 place that also sold macaron. Whisk is operate by Malay people, as I read about them from internet. I forgot where I've read about them. (Forgive me for my 'forget' sickness)

The size of the macaron was so cute. I think Rm0.50 is much larger than each of them.. Hmmm.. Sangat tak puas nak puaskan nafsu saya.. Huhuhu... Each of this tiny macaron costs me RM2. I bought RM10 and sekali ngap all of the 5 macaron has finished. Huhu..This macaron is not so perfect as the previous macaron at Serai. I do prefer Serai's macaron.

From my tour, there is about 4 restaurant that sold this macaron in Empire Gallery. But I've tried only 2 restaurant, Serai and Whisk due to my not enough money.. I like to eat them but I do not afford to buy them. It makes my heart hurt.. Huhu.. But dont worry Wanie.. You'll master the macaron soon.. Yeah, I must try to make it on my own despite of finishing my money buying them.. 

Nota kaki: Shuddei, nanti kita go Empire for macaron tour lagi ye.. Love hanging out with best buddies.. =P

Passport Antarabangsa Hilang

"Lepas ni jaga pasport elok-elok ye. Tanam kat tanah. Nak guna baru korek balik." (-_-)'

Baik punya dialog abang tu bagi kat aku time aku pergi buat pasport hari tu kat Kajang. Terkedu aku sekejap. Bila abang tu dah tak ada baru aku fikir balik. Salah aku ke? Absolutely not la because my passport was stolen by bastard thief. Okay tak apa.. Lepas ni akan ku tanam passport ku kat tanah depan rumah ni ha. (^_^)

Kat sini aku nak story pengalaman time hilang pasport hari tu. 

• Hujung bulan 12/2010 hari tu, rumah sewa aku (actually rumah company) kat Damansara dah dipecah masuk pencuri . Housemate aku tu memamg dah sah-sah la hilang passport. Yang aku ni yakin lagi confident yang pasport aku tu ada dengan aku lagi.

• Time company aku ada ura-ura nak buat trip pergi Thailand aku pun sebok la cari passport aku. Damn!! Pasport aku tak ada. Rupa-rupanya pasport aku kat rumah Damansara. It in my handbag which was stolen together with my camera and electronic dictionary (Besta).

• Awal bulan 3/2011 hari tu aku pun pergi la Balai Polis Bukit Gambir to make report about my missing passport.

• Lepas tu 14/3/2011 aku pergi la Imegresen Kajang to make report about the passport. Berikut adalah senarai yang diperlukan (*It depends on which branch you go actually. But basically these things are compulsory):
1. Borang Permohonan Pasport Malaysia (IM.42 Pin 1/97) - I download it here.
2. Borang Soal Selidik Kehilangan Pasport Malaysia (IM.42c) - I use to download it from here, but it seems that they already remove the link. But you can get it at the Imegresen. Borang ni mesti  diperakui oleh Suruhanjaya Sumpah/Mahkamah. If not, borang tu tak laku ye.. :P
3. Laporan Polis (1 salinan) - Make sure ada cop pengesahan polis
4. Kad Pengenalan (2 salinan) - (Bawa original for clarification)
5. Sijil Kelahiran (2 salinan) - (Bawa original for clarification)
6. Gambar Pasport (2 keping)
7. Utilities bill (original) - Macam kes aku ni, aku bagi kat diorang bil api rumah kat Bukit Gambir sedangkan aku bukak kes kat Kajang. Tak boleh ye tuan-tuan & puan-puan. If you all nak bukak kes kat Kajang, make sure you punya alamat utilities bill kat Kajang jugak. Lagi satu, it doesnt matter wheteher that bill is not your name. But make sure it is the original copy. They want to see the original.

• Bila semua tu dah lengkap, submit to officer kat sana and you all kena masuk satu bilik rahsia. hehe.. sebenarnya adalah bilik soal siasat. Tapi dont worry, diorang tak kan tanya you all benda yang bukan-bukan. Just nak pastikan macam mana you all boleh terhilangkan passport korang tu.

• After that, diorang akan bagi you all satu surat yang mengatakan diorang dah bukak fail untuk kes korang tu. Just wait until they approve your case. For me, the officer told me to wait until 1 month. If no answer, I can call Imegresen Kajang and ask them about my case.

• My file are open on 14/3/2011 and they have approve my case on 27/3/2011. It took them only 2 weeks actually and they approve my passport for 5 years..Their service are super-dooper cool. I like it.

• On 7/4/2011, I go to Imegresen Kajang to collect my new passport. I like the procedure of their handling customer. It is organize neatly. 
1. First, they will give you back the Borang Permohonan Pasport Malaysia (IM.42 Pin 1/97) that you have submitted earlier. Then they give you a number to wait. Use the same number for all procedure you made there.
2. Counter 1 will call your number. Here they will scan your fingerprint to make sure you are really YOU. Hehe..
3. Then Counter 2 call your number. Here they will collect your money. In my case, 5 years passport = RM300. They will give you a receipt and told you that your passport will be ready in 1 hours time.
4. Lastly, Counter no.3 will call you. Here they will scan your fingerprint and gave you what you want, a NEW PASSPORT.. (^_^)

This is the receipt they will give you after you make payment. And the number, as I told you, use the same number for all your procedure.

Time mula-mula aku google pasal passport hilang ni punyala gerun. Sebab kebanyakannya bagitau procedure dia sangat leceh dan proses menunggu yang lama, 1-3 month depending on their budi bicara. But after all that I go through, it is totally wrong. The procedure is not as troublesome as people say. But this is for my case for sure. I dont know if your experience is much worse than me. It's depends on your luck.. :)

Nota kaki: Jagalah passport antarabangsa you all tu elok-elok. Sesungguhnya pasport hilang lagi detail and lama procedure dia dari nak buat passport baru. If buat pasport baru, you all boleh terus dapat on time. But if passport hilang kena tunggu 2 weeks (in my case) baru boleh dapat yang baru.

New Toy

I just come back from Bangi yesterday. Spent some of my luxurious time (is it luxury???) with Mr.J. Thanks to him for helping me to get my new toy.. Hehe..Some curiosity here isn't it?? What is my new toy exactly? 

Get ready for your self. I just about to reveal it. Open your eyes big and open your mouth wide. Okay not so wide until drooling  but keep it as cute as you can. (>_<) 

Okay Wanie, stop all the nonsense.(-_-") Just say straight to the point.

Presenting my new toy..

An ELECTRIC OVEN...

I know it was so sudden. I also feel like this is so not myself. An OVEN?? WT*... :)

But this is it. This is my new passion.. Pastries.. OMG.. I just feel so excited about this new toy.

Im gonna use it till the last breath of my life. Is it so extra drama?? wat eva.. =p

Come with the big toy is this cutie toy... oh my!! is this truely your toy wanie.. (-_-') 

I got a mixer to to whisk my batter..

 I got a steel mixer instead of plastic mixer. Although I just a beginner, I have a taste like a Pro-bakers isn't it?? (Just throw up if you want so, but make sure you have your throwing plastic near you.Ngeee...)

Ms. Mixer, can we get along together forever. Omo...Such a Miss Drama la Wanie.. =p

Okay.. I already introduced my two new toy for you guys. One is a big toy and the other one is the cutie toy. I hope we can get along together my lovely toys..
